However, with the chat view popup layout, you can place your channel in a popup with a customized message and even incorporate tags related to a specific page, post, or product on your website. To make your widget feel more “you”, you can add a custom title and body text to the popup as well as change all the colors.
The title text will appear at the top of the pop-up. For example, you can add a greeting for your website visitors – “Welcome”. You can also enhance personalization by adding merge tags. For the understanding what users like most title, you can use the {title} and {URL} merge tags, which will fetch the title and URL of your page respectively. Merge tags are dynamic, which means they change based on the page your website visitor is on. For example, if you add the {title} merge tag to the title you added – for example, “Welcome to our {title}!” – it will look like “Welcome to our store!” when a visitor opens your store page. In the body text, similarly you can use the {title} and {URL} merge tags. You can create a pop-up that displays the page title of a page or the page title and URL of a blog post. This will provide a personalized experience to your website visitors and increase engagement on your website.
How does the chat view layout work with WooCommerce?
Using this feature, you can add custom text to your product pages. This will provide your website visitors with rich and flexible contact options. The settings you add for WooCommerce will only appear on pages where WooCommerce merge tags are available, while other popups will appear on other pages (regular pages).
