  • Mykhailo Heyna is the art director and co-founder of Bannerboo.com, a successful designer with over 17 years of experience in web development and marketing. His studio “Art Depot” serves well-known brands such as KAN and Kovalska. Mykhailo is known for his deep understanding of design and experience in creating intuitive websites and graphic solutions.
  • Olena Tkachuk is the  usa mobile database founder of the digital company Citrine and an online business school on Instagram. She has many years of experience as a CMO in international companies and a business analyst at Apteka911. Olena actively conducts corporate marketing trainings for companies such as Ukrsibbank and Polpharma, and is a regular speaker at international conferences.
  • Vilena Ostapenko is an expert in implementing artificial intelligence into marketing strategies, founder of AI Marketer Club. She has over 20 years of experience in marketing management, having worked with brands such as Coca-Cola, Canon, and Hyundai. Vilena helps businesses use AI to ws database automate processes, improve lead generation, and optimize marketing campaigns.

These experts will provide program participants with practical knowledge that will help small and medium-sized businesses remain resilient even in  to mitigate this risk users should challenging times by implementing modern digital tools and artificial intelligence technologies.

Where and when will the training take place?

The program will be implemented in an offline format in five cities of Ukraine. This approach allows participants to interact directly with experts, which contributes to the rapid acquisition of new knowledge and skills. The choice of cities is an opportunity to cover key regions where there is potential for business development, even under martial law. Program locations:

  • Vinnytsia – November 21-22, 2024. Lecturers: Olena Tkachuk, Vilena Ostapenko.
  • Lviv – December 4-5, 2024. Lecturers: Olena Tkachuk, Mykhailo Heyna.
  • Odessa – December 19-20, 2024. Lecturers: Olena Tkachuk, Mykhailo Heyna.
  • Kharkiv – January 16-17, 2025. Lecturers: Olena Tkachuk, Mykhailo Heyna.
  • Kyiv – January 30-31, 2025. Lecturers: Olena Tkachuk, Mykhailo Heyna.

The training will take place in the specified regional centers. For participants registered in the region, logistical support is provided, including reimbursement of travel and accommodation expenses (the United Nations Development Program will compensate for the cost of bus or train tickets (compartment or second class) and will provide a free hotel room).

Stages of participant selection

To join the program, you must pass a competitive selection process. This approach ensures that the most motivated entrepreneurs, who have a clear understanding of their goals and are ready to put the knowledge they have gained into practice, will join the training.

The selection process includes the following stages:

  1. Familiarization with the conditions of participation and goals of the program.
  2. Filling out a questionnaire and completing a short task that allows you to reveal your entrepreneurial experience and goals.
  3. Evaluation of received applications for compliance with the program criteria.
  4. Feedback to candidates and confirmation of participation of selected participants.
